Winter at Lake Wynooska
The Winter at Lake Wynooska - like the Pocono Mountains in general - are cold and snowy. That means great Winter activities and beautiful Winter scenery.
Spring at Lake Wynooska
Just like springtime everywhere, Spring at Lake Wynooska means awakening from the cold, gray winter. The weather begins to warm in late March to early April and is delightful by early May.
Summer at Lake Wynooska
The Summer at Lake Wynooska is wonderful! The Lake is located over 1,200 feet above sea level and this means cool, dry days during the summertime. It is often 5 to 10 degrees cooler at the Lake then it is just minutes down the road. The elevation also keeps the insect population down. Summer nights can be enjoyed outdoors by candlelight or firelight.
Fall at Lake Wynooska
The Fall at Lake Wynooska may just be the best part of the year. The summertime vacationers have left nearby Promised Land State Park and the mountaintop returns to its perfectly quiet state. The foliage is beautiful and the weather delightful.
