Lake Wynooska is located in the Pocono Mountains in Pike County, Greentown, Pennsylvania 18426 which is in the Northeast corner of Pennsylvania. The Lake was created by a dam built by the Olsommer family in the 1960´s and is fed by Mozzette Creek. (Mozzette Creek also feeds Kintz Creek)The Olsommer family still live around Lake Wynooska and they own considerable amounts of property in the area.
