Welcome Homeowners and Guests
Those who are looking to purchase a home on Wynooska Road will not be disappointed if they do. The neighbors are friendly and - with less then 20 homes around Lake Wynooska - everyone knows everyone else.Vacation Rentals Unwelcome
Deed restrictions forbid the use of homes at Lake Wynooska as resorts. Sadly there is a new owner or two who don't believe in honoring the deeds that they signed and are offering their homes as vacation rentals. Besides breaking their deeds and annoying their neighbors, these homeowners put the unfortunate few who rent from them in an awkward position. We recommend reading the Lake Wynooska Rental Reality Page before you decide to rent at Lake Wynooska. Avoid adding "A Visit By The Pennsylvania State Police" to your vacation plans. Don't be tricked by flowery VRBO listings.
